We despatch our tents on the same day (if ordered over the weekend we will despatch on Monday), if you order by 3pm.

Green Qube use DX to ship our orders – on a Next Working Day Service.  We will send you an email with the tracking number once despatched and you can use this to track your order here

Please note that our large tents do come in 3 boxes.

Our boxes do not reference “grow tents” or “hydroponics” but do state words such as “tent” / “frame” / “outer shell” / “GQ”.  When at the checkout you can opt for “Discreet Packaging” which will ensure that we wrap your order in black plastic so the box labelling is not visible.
