All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
Grow Tent Damages
If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should you must report it to us within 48 hours otherwise we will be unable to deal with the matter.
You will be asked to provide evidence of the damages/fault or in some cases we may require the item to be returned to us. If the item is required to be sent back to us we will arrange collection of it via a courier at a time which is suitable for you. We advise to get this done as quickly as possible so we can get your replacements sent out.
Once we have received the evidence we require or the item back to us, your replacements will be sent out. If an item is reported as faulty but upon return of it we find it to be working you will be charged for the cost of returning the item as well as the new postage costs to send it back out.
